1. Exit the A12 at junction 27, take the A133 East all the way through Colchester
2. After passing Wivenhoe Park on your right, exit at B1027 (right, signs to Wivenhoe and the University of Essex)
3. Exit right, following signs to the University of Essex
4. Follow directions on the map above to the public car park

1. Take the train to Wivenhoe - Clacton line from London Liverpool St. (Getting to
campus from Colchester North Station by bus is more complicated. If you do arrive there, take a taxi.)
2. Take bus 61, get off next to campus on the area circled in purple on the above map

The University has a guide to understanding the room numbering system used on campus,
available here. Unfortunately, I think these
directions are only inteligible to someone who already knows where all the buildings are and has
an advanced degree in combinatorics.
A. From car park: 1. Follow the path down past the pond and the library to the central square
(blue path on this map). Enter the door next to the campus store.
2. Turn left after entering, and then follow the corridor until you face another glass door.
Go through this, follow the corridor straight through another glass door. The corridor will turn right,
and room 5.415 will be half-way down the following corridor on your right.
B. From the bus: 1. Get off at the bus at the point circled in purple, and follow the
path past the two towers onto campus (purple path on above map). Once you reach the large square
on campus, take the stairs up to the right. The campus store will be on your left, enter the door
next to the campus store. 2. Turn left after entering, and then follow the
corridor until you face another glass door. Go through this, follow the corridor straight through
another glass door. The corridor will turn right,
and room 5.415 will be half-way down the following corridor on your right.
